Friendly service in a nice setting. The fish and chips I ordered were very nicely prepared, served hot and fresh. A most enjoyable lunch.

I was very disappointed in the garden. It is over-grown, and neglected. They advertise a "beautiful garden". To have a beautiful garden, you need to look after it. Flowers are dead, and it looks as though no one has touched it in years. Fish and chips were adequate. Broken glass was all over the lawn by our table. The server wiped up the broken glass that was on the table with a wet cloth, and after shaking it out, put it back on the tray. I hope it went into the garbage! I won't be going back.

I only knocked it down to 4 as they were in an apparent dilemma with regard to supplier's some of their less fishy menu items.

Had the "all you can eat fish and chips". Three pieces of fish, homemade tarter sauce, coldslaw and a ton of fries. All for just over $13.00. Needless to say I couldn't even make it through the first plate never mind getting more fish. Great stuff.

Had the Tudor house special with deep fried salmon. Id never even thought of doing fish and chips with salmon but it was incredible. Beautifully moist on the inside, not too much batter and nicely crisp on the outside. The chips were also delicious, and the sticky toffee dessert was amazing. I really wanted to give 5 stars as the food was certainly worthy.
