    Staff less than knowledgeable or ambitious! They have no interest in assisting customers, whether it was a weekend (part timers?) or during the week. It was only when I asked for the owners' and/or manager's name to comment on my experiences with them, did I see any action! It was like a self-serve store! Why have 4 staff standing around chatting with one another??
